Note: The ports on the manifold(s) are marked for
easy identification of components. Example: S1 is a so-
lenoid valve and P3 is the gear pump connection port
(See Hydraulic Schematics to identify the function of the
hydraulic lines and cartridge valves at each port loca-
tion).
NOTE: The lift control manifold shown in Figure 50
uses a zero leak plug (item 12). This plug has a tapered
sealing surface on the plug head that is designed to re-
sistvibration inducedplug loosening.The zero leak plug
also has an o--ring to provide a secondary seal. If zero
leak plug removalis necessary, lightly rap the plug head
using a punch and hammer before using an allen
wrench to removethe plug:the impactw ill allow plug r e-
moval with lesschance of damage to thesocket head of
the p lug. When installing plug into the control manifold,
torque plug 25 ft--lb (33 N--m).
