1-9 Clearing a Memory File
To make room in the memory for a document that you want to store, or for a confidential message you
may be expecting, you may erase some lower-priority documents using the following procedure.
Before erasing a file, you might wish toviewthe contents of that file to check whether you really want to
erase it. To do this, use Function 75 (see section 1-10 at the bottom this page).

1-10 Printing the Contents of a Memory File
If you want to see the text of a document that you stored in a particular memory file, do the following.

you want to see. Refer to the latest
SAF File List if you need to know the
correct file number.
Example: File No. 1, press ~O 0 1 .

The contents of the file will be
printed.

does not exist. Go to step 2.
You cannot print a confidential file using
Function 75. The machine will go back to
step 2. Also, you cannot print a message
that was sent to your machine for trans-
fer broadcasting.
