not, select OFF. If you se:iect AUTO, the VCR automatically
sets the daylight saving time.
To activate the auto clock function, turn off the VCR.
Settingthe clockmanually
You can skip this section if your VCR has set the clock correctly
using the auto clock function
Before you begin, you need to know:
• how to view the picture coming from your VCR (page 22).
4111Press the MENU button on the remote control. You will see
the 'WCR Main Menu". Then, use the AE JUST buttons to
select "First Time Set-Up". Press the ENTER button.
The "First Time Set-Up" menu will appear. The words "Set
the clock" will be highlighted. Press the ENTER button.
You will see the _Set the clock" menu. The words "Clock set"
will be highlighted. Press the ADJUST bsttons to select
MANUAL. Then press the ENTER button.
O The words "Daylight savings" will be highlighted. Press the
ADJUST buttons to select the daylight savings setting ON or
OFF. If you are currently following dayli_+ht savings, select
ON. Otherwise, select OFF. Press the ENTER button.
