asshown.Usingyourleftthumb,pressthestoragelatch
andholdit.Pivotthetreadmilluntiltheframeandfoot
railarepastthestoragelatch.
2. Holdthetreadmillfirmlywithbothhands,andlowerthe
treadmillto thefloor.Donotdropthetreadmillframe
to thefloor. To decrease the possibility of injury,
bend your legs and keep your back straight.
