IV. MECHANICAL CHRONOGRAPHS (SELF-WINDING)
Mechanical self-winding timepieces wind themselves automatically when worn on
the wrist. If your chronograph stops or is not worn sufficiently,the movement will
have to be wound manually by turningthe crown back and forth a few times.
