Please allow 4-6 weeks for the return ofyour timepiece.
WARRANTY REPAIR
IfyourVictorinox SwissArmytimepiece hasa manufacturer’sdefect coveredby our
warranty, we will repair or replace it, at our option, without charge. Please ship all
timepieces to the Authorized Service Center in appropriate protective packaging
and include the information below. It is recommended that you insure and track
shipments.
– Your name, address, phonenumber and e-mail address (optional).
– The enclosed warranty repair coupon (see last page) date-stamped by your
retailer or the original retail purchase receipt.
– A briefdescription of the problem or repairs needed.
While there is no charge for repair or replacement of the timepiece during the
WarrantyPeriod,acheckin theamountof$10.00 payabletotheAuthorizedService
Center must accompany the timepiece to cover shipping, handling, insurance and
related costs. Alternatively, if you purchased the timepiece in California, you may
return it to theretailer from whom it was purchasedand the repair will be handled
without the $10.00 handling charge.
