13.4 START / STOP HEART RATE MEASURE
FUNCTION
After installing the chest belt:
In time mode:
• Press P-MODE for 3 seconds to start heart rate
measurement function. The watch will automatically
switch to EXE.TM mode.
• When the heart rate is detected, the hart icon on the
display will blink and the heart rate is displayed.
• Press P-MODE for 3 seconds to stop heart rate
measurement function.
• If a signal is not received for 5 minutes, the function will
turn off automatically.
13.5 HEART RATE DATA RECORDING
13.5.1 Start / Stop heart rate data record function
In EXE-TM mode:
• Press ST/SP to start heart rate recording function.
• The "STOP" icon at the top right of the display will change
to " REC". This means the data record function is started.
• To stop recording, press ST/SP.
During recording mode, you can switch to time mode by pushing T-mode. The
recorded data will not be lost. Press P-mode to select EXE_TM, CAL, MAX ,
AVG or STW.
13.5.2 Heart rate pacer
During recording mode, the watch can beep on every
heartbeat when your hart rate is below or over the target zone.
To active the pacer, press ST/SP for 3 seconds in EXE-TM
mode.The pacer icon will be displayed.
To deacivate, follow the same instructions.
