If the speed setting or the incline setting of the
program is too high or too low, you can change
t
he intensity level of the program at any time by
pressing the Heart Rate increase and decrease
b
uttons to change the maximum target heart rate
setting. If you wish to save the new setting, press
the Save button.
To stop the program at any time, press the Stop
button. If the time is displayed on the screen, the
time will begin to flash. To restart the program,
press the Start button or the Speed increase but-
ton. The walking belt will begin to move at 1 mph.
When the console compares your heart rate to the
target heart rate setting, the speed and/or the in-
cline of the treadmill will automatically change to
bring your heart rate closer to the target heart rate
setting.
Adjust the cushioning system as desired.

Select a display mode and follow your
progress with the exercise information on the

creen.

Turn on the fans if desired.

When you are finished exercising, remove the
key from the console.
