HOW TO…REPLACE THE INCLINE MOTOR OR MOTOR CONTROLLER
23. Plug in and turn on the
treadmill.
If the motor controller is being
replaced, proceed to step 24. If only
the incline motor is being replaced,
skip to the “Calibration” section on the
next page.
24. Disconnect all electrical
connectors from the motor
controller board. See the
wiring diagrams later in this
section.
25. Remove the controller screws
and lift the motor controller
out of the frame.
26. Reverse steps 26 and 27 to
install the new motor
controller.
27. Plug in and turn on the treadmill.
