ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Tools required to assembly the machine:
Two Adjustable Wrenches and Allen Wrenches.
STEP 1
• Connect the Front Bike Frame
(#1) to the Front Leg Base
(#2). Secure them with two
M10 x 3 1/8” Carriage Bolts
(#17), two Bent Washers
(#19), and two M10 Aircraft
Nuts (#18).
Step 2
• Connect the Rear Vertical
Support (#8) to the Rear Leg
Base (#3). Secure them with
two M10 x 3 1/8” Carriage
Bolts (#17), two Bent Washers
(#19), and two M10 Aircraft
Nuts (#18).
• Connect the Main Seat Frame
(#4) to the Rear Vertical
Support (#8). Attach a Bracket
(#25) to each side of the Main
Seat Frame (#4) and Rear
Vertical Support (#8). Secure
it in lower holes on the Bracket
(#25) with two M8 x ½” Allen
Bolts (#23) and ∅ 5/8”
Washers (#24). Secure the
Upper holes on the Bracket
(#25) with a M6 x 2 ½” Allen
Socket Bolt (#30) on one side,
a M6 x ½” Allen Bolt (#26) on
the other side, and two ∅ 5/8”
Washers (#24). Secure the
back of the Rear Vertical
Support (#8) with two M8 x ½”
Allen Bolts (#23) and ∅5/8”
Washers (#24).
