For the 3-Point Harness:
6. Buckle the harness to the latch between your
childs legs. Make sure that you hear a click. If
the harness straps are not buckled, the safety seat
provides NO protection for your child. DO NOT
use the safety seat if the harness does not latch in
place. Call Graco at 1-888-224-6549.
7. From the back of the safety seat, pull the strap
through the harness tightener to tighten the straps as
shown
Ê. Make sure that both straps are flat and tight
on your childs shoulders.
8. Slide the strap back into the harness clip
Ë. This is
easier to do when the harness clip is near the buckle
between the childs legs.
9. Position the harness clip at the middle of the childs
chest, level with the armpits and away from the childs
neck

10. Check that the harness straps are not twisted. Also,
check that the harness is snug. You should not be able
to insert more than one finger between the harness and
your childs shoulder
