2. Place your child in the safety seat so your
childs bottom rests against the back of the safety
seat. See diagram #2 on page 37. Determine which
pair of harness slots are even with or just below
your childs shoulders.
DO NOT use the upper harness slots if they
are above your childs shoulders. They will
not hold a small child securely in a sharp
turn, sudden stop or crash

3. If the harness straps must be adjusted, remove your child from the
safety seat and move the handle to the upright carrying position.
