Workout Results
RESULTS
When you complete or cancel a
workout, the Results display will be
shown.
The Results display shows your current
workout values and your progress
to your goals. When you earn a new
landmark, the Console will congratulate
you.
For one minute, the displays will
automatically cycle through four times.
Push the Right/Left arrow buttons to
manually control the display.
