Workout Programs

The Heart Rate workout is 30 minutes
long. At the end, the Console will ask if
you want to continue. If you continue,
the Console will also continue to add
to your workout values. An animated
electrocardiogram (EKG) is shown
to indicate you are in a Heart Rate
workout. The animated EKG will pace
with your heart rate during the workout.
NOTE: The display is only for
motivational purposes and not an
accurate representation of your heart
rate pattern.
The workout values will be added to
your results and displayed.
RESUME
If you do not complete a workout and
return in 20 minutes, you can resume
the workout. When the Console asks if
you would like to resume, push Enter.
Your workout will resume after the 3
second countdown.
