caused by the Low Voltage
Power Supply.

hear the
clicking?
Press the ON/STBY button
a few times and listen for a
relay clicking sound.

blown?

fuse. Does
fuse blow
again?

oscilloscope
work?
Does
the oscilloscope
power up and are the
secondary voltages

ok?
The LVPS
module is ok.
Replace LVPS
module.
Remove cable
from J1 on the
LVPS module.

Is
there 1
to 1.5V on pin 13
of the
connector?
The LVPS module is ok. Perform
the Front Panel/Processor
troubleshooting procedure.
Power off the oscilloscope and
disconnect J2 from the LVPS
module. Power back on.

Are the
secondary
voltages
ok?
Replace the Monitor module.
Disconnect the power
cord. Disconnect J1
from the LVPS module.
Reconnect power.

secondary
voltages

Perform the Supply Overload
troubleshooting procedure
(Figure 6Ć29).
Power off the oscilloscope
and disconnect J4 from the
LVPS module. Power back on.
