6. ROUTINE OPERATION
Full Telephone Number at the Keypad:

Enter the remote terminal telephone number
(e.g., 5551212 ) on the operation panel while
keeping the handset on-hook.

Then press the
“START/COPY” key if the
keyed-in number is correct.
The message will now be transmitted.
Full Telephone Number at the External Telephone:
1) Dial the remote terminal telephone number
(e.g., 5551212 ) on the external telephone.
2) Then press the
“START/COPY” key when
you hear a high-pitched tone.
The message will now be transmitted.
NOTES:
1. If you dialed the wrong number, press the “STOP” key to cancel the
operation and restore the machine to stand-by mode.
2. If an error happens during transmission, the LCD
will display the error code as shown on the right.
