Configuring Operational Features
dst end week The week in the specified month in
which DST ends. Valid value is a
positive or negative integer from 1 to 5.
1 = first full week of month
-1 = last full week of month
2 = second full week of month

dst start day The day of the specified week in the
specified month that DST starts on. Valid
values are an integer from 1 to 7.
