13.10 AUTO CALORIE COUNTER (CAL)
In pulse mode:
Press button B to enter the Calorie mode
(CAL)
The approximate energy consumption in CAL-
ORIE, based on your age and weight, will be
counted automatically whenever a pulse is
received from your chestbelt.
Press and hold button C to reset.
13.11 FAT LOSS COUNTER (FAT) IN GRAMS
In pulse mode:
Press button B until you enter the Fat Loss
mode (FAT)
The approximate fat loss in gram, based on
your age and weight, will be counted whenever
your heart beat reaches 65% of your MHR.
Press and hold button C to reset the data.
