Care and maintenance
We would advise you to clean your chronograph regularly (except for the leather strap) using a soft cloth and warm soapy water. After brief immersion in a saline
solution (salty water), rinse it in fresh water and leave it to dry completely.
Do not leave it anywhere where it might be subjected to major variations in temperature or humidity, in the sunlight or near strong magnetic fields.
We recommend that you have your watch checked every 3 to 4 years by your approved TISSOT
®
reseller or agent. To benefit from the highest standards of service
and aftercare, and to ensure your guarantee remains in force, please always contact an approved TISSOT
®
dealer or agent.
TISSOT
®
quartz chronographs benefit from the incomparable precision of quartz. Their power reserve usually enables them to operate for more than 2 years
in continuous use. If you ever envisage a period when you might not perhaps be wearing your chronograph for a few weeks or months, we would advise you to
put it to one side, having first pulled the crown into position
III.
This action interrupts the electrical power supply to the motor, thereby substantially increasing the
service life of the battery.
Replacing the battery
Once it has run out, the battery should be replaced without delay by an official TISSOT
®
dealer or agent. 1.55 V Battery, No. 394, SR 936 SW.
