1.2. First steps with Suunto G6
Taking the Suunto G6 into use the first time is
simple: all you need to do is set the current date
and time.
1. While the Suunto G6 is displaying time, press
the ENTER button to open the menu.
2. Use the UP or DOWN button to select the Time
item from the menu.
3. Press ENTER to select the highlighted item.
4. Again, select Time and press ENTER.
5. Adjust the full hours by pressing the UP/DOWN
buttons.
6. Press ENTER to accept and move forward.
7. After setting the time, long press ENTER.
8. Your Suunto G6 is now ready for use.
This is a good time to spend a few minutes enter-
ing the player and course details and changing
the general settings to fit your preferences. Refer
to the subsequent chapters on this Instruction
Manual for instructions.
1.3. Wearing Suunto G6
The Suunto G6 measures your swing perfor-
mance during a swing. To make the measurement
as accurate as possible, please consider the fol-
lowing:
