2. Assemble the Multi-Hip
Important: The orientation of the Handlebar fasteners,
the Roller Arm, and the Selector Stem is critical for the
proper alignment of the Selector Hub. Assemble the
parts with the orientation shown in the illustration.
A. Attach the Handlebar to the Multi-Hip using
two 2½-inch hex head bolts
four flat washers
two locknuts.
B. Attach the Roller Arm to the Selector Stem using
one ³⁄₄-inch zinc buttonhead bolt
one zinc washer
C. Install the Selector Hub assembly to the Multi-Hip
Upright using
one ³⁄₄-inch zinc buttonhead bolt
one zinc washer
D. Wrench tighten all fasteners.
Step 2. Assemble the Multi-Hip
A
2 - 2½" bolts
4 - washers
2 - locknuts
