¯ SECURELY assemble the ’ARM PAD (2) to the ARM CURL FRAME (1) using 3/8"X 1-1/4" BOLTS(3), t
3/8" LOCK WASHERS (5), and two 3/8" LOCKNUTS (4) as shown in FIGURE
¯ Insert the ARM CURL ATTACHMENT into the UPRIGHT TUBE &the BENCH FRA~]E as shown in FIGURE 1,
and tighten in place using the THUtVIBSCREW.
