Attach upper elevator tubes (28) to backboard brackets (25) using spacers (29), bolt (30), and
nut (32) as shown.
Support pole on sawhorse. Attach upper and lower
elevator tubes (28) to top pole section (4) using bolts (30)
and nuts (32) as shown. Attach pole cap (38) as shown.

Test fit bolts into
holes of backboard
brackets (29) and
carefully rock them
in a circular motion
to ream out paint
from holes if
necessary.
