Attach height decal (31) to
screw jack (36). Align lower
edge of decal with bottom of
black indicator tube.

Place cover (40)
over screw jack (36).
Install pole cap (41).
Center screw jack (35) between jack plates (29 & 30)) and secure as shown below.
Do not overtighten.
