NOTE: There is a thin protective sheet of clear
plastic on the overlay of the console and should
be removed.
A) MONITOR DISPLAY: Speed, Time, Pulse,
Distance, Incline, Calories and Program
Profiles.
B) ENERGYZONE
READOUT: Tracks Fat,
Calories & Protein levels expended
during workouts.
C) STOP: Press to pause/end your workout.
Hold for 3 seconds to reset the treadmill.
D) START: Simply press to begin exercising or
starts your program.
E) ENTER: Used to select Program, Level
and Time.
F) DISPLAY/SCAN: Press to change display
feedback during workout, Hold to scan.
G) ONE-TOUCH INCLINE KEYS:
Used to reach
desired incline more quickly.
H) ONE-TOUCH SPEED KEYS: Used to reach
desired speed more quickly.
I) INCLINE ARROW KEYS: Used to adjust
incline in small increments (0.5%
increments).
J) SPEED ARROW KEYS: Used to adjust
speed in small increments (0.1 mph
increments).
K) SAFETY KEY POSITION:
Enables treadmill
operation when safety key is inserted.
L) FAN:
Personal workout fan.
M) FAN BUTTON: Press the fan button
ON / OFF.
N) WATER BOTTLE / CD / MP3 HOLDERS: Holds
personal workout equipment.
O) READING RACK: Holds reading material.
