quickly your heart rate recovers in one minute.
The Fitness Index Level is as follows:

can set Long or Short Menu in HR Setup. In Long Menu, you can see
more information about your exercise event.
Press " EXIT
" if you do not wish to
store data and exit to Free Training
Mode.
Before you begin training, make sure you have synchronized the Heart Rate
Transmitter with the watch. Press “STR” to start Lap Training and enter the Lap
Time of Lap Training.
