
5. Turn
the Load Size Selector to the settlng that
corresponds with the size of your wash load.

To change the load size setting after the washer
has started to fill, turn the Selector to the desired
new setting.
l
Depending on your model, your washer has either
of the following load size settings:

- Small
-Extra Small
- Large -Small
-Medium
- Large
6. Select a wash-rinse temperature with the Tem-
perature Selector. Match the water temperature
with the type of fabric and soils being washed.

See page 14 for water temperature guidelines.

Depending on your model, your washer has either
of the following wash-rinse temperatures:

- cold-cold
-warm-cold
-warm-cold
- hot-cold
-hot-cold
-warm-warm

Set the Temperature Selector to Warm/Warm or
to Warm/Cold (depending on your model).
Water temperature adjustment:
Adjust water temperature as follows:
l
Wash water: Adjust faucets for wash temperature
prior to the fill for wash.
l
Rinse water: Adjust faucets for temperature prior
to fill for rinse.
7. Turn Cycle Selector Knob to the desired setting.
See page 8.
8. Push the StarVPause button to start washer.
l
The Cycle Selector Knob will NOT rotate as the
cycle progresses.
l
The Cycle Status Lights indicate the operation
being performed within the cycle.
l
When the cycle is complete, all Cycle Status
Lights will be Off.
NOTE: Once a cycle has been started, the Cycle
Selector Knob MUST be turned to Off before a new
cycle can be selected.
