Adding a New Group
You can add new groups to the Personal List. Each group can include
up to 5 members. Enter a group member directly, or select the
member from the Company List or the Personal List.
To add a new group entry:
1. From the PCS Ready Link List, press Go to (left softkey),
highlight Personal List, and press .
2. Highlight Personal List or an entry and press Options (right
softkey).
3. Highlight New Group and press .
4. Enter a new group name under Group Name and press or
OK (left softkey).
5. Press Next (left softkey).
6. Press Add (right softkey).
7. Highlight one item from the following and press :
New: Enter a name under Name and a number under
Number, then press or OK (left softkey).
from Company: Check your desired contact by highlighting it
and pressing or Pick (right softkey) to copy from the
Company List.
from Personal: Check your desired contact by highlighting it
and pressing or Pick (right softkey) to copy from the
Personal List.
8. Press Save (left softkey).
9. Press Update (left softkey) to complete the group entry.
