5. The current PIN code displays. Enter a new PIN code by
pressing the appropriate digit keys.

You can erase all the numbers stored in your Phone Book.
This is useful if you want to give your phone to a friend or
family member, or if you decide to lose all of your friend’s
phone numbers ! Here’s how to do it:
1. Press to display the Main menu.
2. Press for Security and enter the four-digit lock
code.
3. Press for Clr Memory. A confirmation screen
displays.
4. Press to erase your Phone Book, or press to
cancel the operation.

When this feature is turned on, your phone number is hidden
from view in three ways:
♦ When you turn the phone on, your phone number will
not display during the power up sequence.
♦ From Standby mode, when using ,
rather than displaying your number, the phone responds
“# Hidden”.

rather than displaying your number, the phone responds
“# Hidden”.
