3-11. Length Reduction
If the machine receives a page that is longer than the paper in the cassette, the
machine reduces the length of the received image if it is within the following limits.
Paper size in the

If the received image is longer than the above limits, there is no reduction and the
image is printed on two sheets of paper. Normally, the last 0.4 inch of the received
image will be repeated at the beginning of the next page.
However, if you wish, the second page can continue from where the first page
ended.
