Introduction of audio
adjustments
The display for this MENU is the same regard-
less of which source you operate from.
1 AUDIO display
Shows the audio adjustments status.
1 Press A.MENU in each source display.
MENU is displayed.
2 Press 5 or ∞ to select AUDIO, and press
A.MENU.
The AUDIO MENU is displayed as follows:
FAD/BAL (fader/balance adjustment)—EQ
MENU (equalizer curve adjustment)—BASS
(bass)—TREBLE (treble)—LOUDNESS (loud-
ness)—SUB WOOFER (subwoofer)—NON FAD-
ING (non fading)—HPF (high pass filter)—SLA
(source level adjustment)
You can operate a desired function. For details,
refer to the pages for each of the functions.
NON FADING is only displayed when S.W
CTRL:EXTERNAL is not set in INT MENU. (SUB
WOOFER is not displayed.)
• When the subwoofer controller setting is
S.W
CTRL:INTERNAL or REAR SP: S.W, you can
switch the SUB WOOFER. (Refer to page 57.)
• When the subwoofer controller setting is only
S.W CTRL:EXTERNAL, you can switch the non
fading output on/off mode. (Refer to page 57.)
• When selecting the FM tuner as the source,
you cannot switch to SLA.
• Select BACK in the MENU display or press
BACK to return to the previous display.
Pressing WIDE on the head unit returns you to
the previous display.
• To return to the playback display, press
BAND/ESC or WIDE on the remote control.
• When the setting is REAR SP: S.W, FAD/BAL
indications are for BAL.
Note
• If you do not operate the audio function within
about 30 seconds, the display is automatically
returned to the source display.
