When to change the thread
catcher pads of the SBD 450-3
floor tool and upholstery tool
The thread catcher pads on the bottom
of the SBD 450-3 floor tool and the
upholstery tool should be checked
occasionally. Replace the pads if they
appear worn.
Replacing the thread catchers
^ Use a knife or similar object to
remove the thread catchers from the
slots.
^ Insert the new thread catchers.
Servicing the floor roller of the

Use a coin to release the roller pin
and take it out, a.
^
Push and take out the roller axle, b.
^
Take out the roller, c.
^
Remove all threads, hair, etc. and
reassemble the parts in the reverse
order.
