• Off–Route Recalculation—
select how the nüvifone noties
you when you are off your route.
• Route Preference—select a
preference for calculating your
route.
• Turn Preview—select Enabled
to show a brief preview of
upcoming turns.
• Avoidance Setup—select the
types of roads or areas you want
to avoid in routes. See page 44.
Change the Audio Settings
1. Press the key.
2. Tap Settings > Navigation >
Audio.
3. Tap a setting to adjust it.
• Voice—select a voice for the
voice prompts.
• Voice Prompt—turn the vocal
navigation prompts on and off.
Adjust the Proximity Points
Settings
1. Press the key.
2. Tap Settings > Navigation >
Proximity Points.
3. Tap a setting to adjust it.
• Custom POI Sets—turn on and
off the custom POI (points of
interest) sets you have loaded in
the nüvifone.
• Safety Cameras—turn on
and off the Safety Camera
databases you have loaded in
the nüvifone.
• Audio Notication—select how
you want to be audibly notied
when you approach a custom
POI or a safety camera location.
