Limited Bond Warranty

warrants that when this adhesive is used in accordance with the adhesive label and the wood flooring installation
instructions, it will bond BR-111
™
wood flooring products to the sub-floor for the life of the flooring. This warranty is exclusive
to the original purchaser of this adhesive and BR-111
™
wood flooring products and may not be assigned or transferred.
Sub-floor Moisture Protection Limited Warranty

In the event of a valid warranty claim related to the warranty provisions provided by this adhesive, BR-111

would only pay
for materials to replace the portion of the floor that is defective. BR-111
™
reserves the right to inspect and/or conduct tests
and approval on all claims prior to repair or replacement work. BR-111
™
specifically excludes and is not responsible for
workmanship not in compliance with all adhesive and wood flooring labels and literature.
Except as expressly set forth above, BR-111

makes no warranty, express or implied, whether relating to
merchantability, fitness for particular purpose or otherwise, and BR-111

disclaims all warranties and obligations not
expressly set for the above.
