TIME
To set time and date:
1) With time of day displayed, press and hold MODE until Monday symbol flashes. Release and
press MODE again.
2) Tuesday symbol and seconds flash. Press LAP/RESET to round time up or down to nearest
minute, setting seconds to zero.
3) Press START/STOP. Minutes flash. Press LAP/RESET to change minutes; hold button to
scan values.
4) Press START/STOP. Hour flashes. Press LAP/RESET to change hour (including AM/PM).
5) Press START/STOP. Month flashes. Press LAP/RESET to change month.
6) Press START/STOP. Day flashes. Press LAP/RESET to change day.
7) Press START/STOP. Day of week flashes. Press LAP/RESET to change day of week.
8) Press MODE at any step when done setting.
To see date, press and hold START/STOP.
To switch between MMDD and DDMM date format, press and hold START/STOP and while holding,
press LAP/RESET.
To see alarm time, press and hold LAP/RESET.
To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time format, press and hold LAP/RESET, and while holding,
press MODE. 12-hour format has AM/PM.
