The screen will show the
DATE? screen. Type the date
you want and press ENTER.
The screen will display the
assignment. Use the ARROW
KEYS, DELETE and the
keypad to type your changes.
Press ENTER.
The screen will display the priority previously entered. Assign a
priority (1, 2 or 3) and press ENTER.
The screen will display
STORED, then return to the
DATE? prompt.
Press QUIT to return to the
MENU.
TO DELETE EXISTING RECORDS:
Retrieve the message you want
to delete. When it is displayed
on the screen, press DELETE.
The screen will return to the
DATE? prompt.
Press QUIT to return to the
MENU.
