• Fit rim (21) securely into bracket (23) as shown.
• Install reinforcement bracket (1) onto “T” bolt (18) as shown.
• Install spring (16) onto “T” bolt (18) as shown.
• Install special nut (17) and washer (15) onto “T” bolt (18).
