and secure with bolt (62) and
nut (58).

Install hook and strip assembly into
handle assembly.
9.
Bring strip through top of height indicator window
(27) underneath tabs and insert through bottom
end of height indicator window (27).
IMPORTANT!:
STRIP(61) MUST PASS
UNDERNEATH ALL 6 TABS OF
HEIGHT INDICATOR WINDOW (27).
