5. Slide the covers down and snap them into the base
mount.
Note: Be sure to align the covers so that the lip of each
cover fits inside the edge of the base mount and the hook
on the base mount fits into the corresponding slot on the
cover. When you have snapped the covers into place, the
surfaces of the covers and the base mount should line up
smoothly.
6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 to attach the opposite pair of
upright support covers.
7. Attach the pivot arm caps and seat them with a rubber
mallet.

8. Insert the two pivot axle caps and press them firmly into
place.
