A) MONITOR DISPLAY:
Speed, Time, Pulse, Distance, Incline, Calories and Program Profiles.
B) ENERGYZONE
™
READOUT: Tracks Fat, Calories & Protein levels expended during workouts.
C) STOP:
Press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the treadmill.
D) START:
Simply press to begin exercising or starts your program.
E) ENTER: Used to select Program, Level and Time. Press during workout to change display readouts.
F) CALORIE / HEART RATE DISPLAY:
Shows your calories burned and heart rate.
G) HEART RATE INDICATOR: Lights up when heart rate is being displayed.
H) INCLINE KEYS:
Used to reach desired incline more quickly. Select before pressing PRESS TO SET INCLINE key.
I) PRESS TO SET INCLINE: Used to confirm incline change. Press after selecting INCLINE.
J) SPEED KEYS:
Used to reach desired speed more quickly. Select before pressing SPEED key.
K) PRESS TO SET SPEED: Used to confirm speed change. Press after selecting SPEED.
L) INCLINE ARROW KEYS:
Used to adjust incline in small increments (0.5% increments).
M) SPEED ARROW KEYS: Used to adjust speed in small increments (0.1 mph increments).
N) SAFETY KEY POSITION:
Enables treadmill operation when safety key is inserted.
O) WATER BOTTLE / CD / MP3 HOLDERS:
Holds personal workout equipment.
P) READING RACK:
Holds reading material. (Remove sales sticker before use)
Q) HEART RATE CONTACT GRIP: Monitors heart rate from your palm.
