andthenretightentheAdjustmentKnob.
Note:Aftertheexercisecycleisassembled,adjustthe
Seat(notshown)to theproperposition.Asyoupedal,
thereshouldbeaslightbendinyourkneeswhenthe
pedalsareinthefarthestforwardposition.Loosenthe
AdjustmentKnob(17),slidetheRearFrame(2)for-
wardorbackward,andretightentheAdjustmentKnob.
2. AttachtheWheels(18)totheRearStabilizer(4)with
twoM8NylonLocknuts(60).PressaWheelCap(19)
ontoeachWheel.
AttachtheRearStabilizer(4)totheRearFrame(2)
withtwoM10x 75mmCarriageBolts(51)andtwo
