Fender Tab
Assembly
• Stand the frame assembly upright.
• At an angle, insert the fender tab into the slot in the front
fork. Lower the fender into place.
• Insert a #8 x 1" screw through the hole in each front
fork shock and into the fender. Tighten the screws with
a Phillips screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.

Children can be harmed by small parts,
sharp edges and sharp points in the mini-
bike’s unassembled state, or by electrical
items. Care should be taken in unpacking
and assembly of the mini-bike. Children
should not handle parts, including the
battery, or help in assembly of the mini-bike.

• Using safety scissors, remove the plastic tie from the
handlebars. DO NOT cut the power wires or brake cables.

• Position the handlebars so that the grips point outward
and the throttle button faces the rear of the mini-bike.
Hint: If you are sitting on the seat of the mini-bike, the
power button will be on the right and the brake will be
on the left.
• Insert each handlebar into the holes in the front fork.
