Configure Lists
Calls/Conversations to be taken over into the Calls Lists
If you like to prevent that a lot of useless entries will be taken into the lists, you can configure
the lists for the calls to be taken over. The following calls/conversations are for selection – if
it makes sense in the context – in the three lists:
ț external calls/conversations
ț unknown external calls/conversations (without CLIP information)
ț internal calls/conversations
ț alarm calls/conversations
ț door calls/conversations
ț “calls that are taken” by other telephones that are in the call distribution
ț other
Open the setting menu for the configuration of
the telephone lists (You find help on page 33
and the following):
ț caller list: Allows the configuration of the
caller list.
ț calls list: Allows the configuration of the
calls list.
ț redial list: Allows the configuration of the
redial list.

The icon marks an activated
selection.
The icon marks a deacti-
vated selection.
Use the and softkeys to browse to the
option you require and press the or
softkey to the left of the option to reverse the
actual status:
ț [call type/conversation type]: Activates/
deactivates the acception of the call type/
conversation type into the telephone list.

Press the softkey to complete the settings.
