Question About Weslo Treadmill WLTL25320
tread stops periodically...

my daughter can get on the treadmill and it will not stop, when I get on the treadmill it will stop every 25 seconds. Very annoying. there must be a way to adjust the belt and I can not figure it out. HELP!!
