ONE HALF OF THE RETAINING EDGE OF THE 8" PLASTIC MAIN DRIVE WHEEL HAS BROKEN AWAY. THE LEFT PETAL IS WELDED TO THE METAL HUB OF THIS WHEEL- CAN THE PETAL AND WHEEL BE REPLACED COST EFFECTIVLY?
