Where do I get part?...

Broken pipe (pipe) for Butterfly Arm. This is the Peice that helps the arm to turn as well as holds it in place. I also need a new cable set . How do I get parts

0 This pipe is called the Axle. that is attached to the Cross bar (Holds both Butterfly Arms)
