weider pro gym 4950...

one of the cables came loose (teens--go figure) how can I repair this so it doesnt happen again??

0 If you haven't already done this, check all cable traps (the angled pieces numbered 57 in the manual) are all facing in the right direction and the bolts on these and the pulleys are tight.
