Question About Weider Home Gym 9300 PRO
questions about my weider pro 9330...

I just baught this weider pro 9930 and I would like to find out where i can get a book or video that describes each excercise and what body part it works and also I would like to get a book that has workouts you can do with this machine. Thanks
