The user manual says to hold down NEXT and the "+" sign of the Weight Adjustment for 5 seconds and then release. The display should show "100", but mine displays "101". When I click on NEXT for it to recalibrate the display only shows partial numbers. When I click on NEXT again, the display begins filling in with a square with tick marks filling in the square for each letter. Once that is completed the number displays all fill in as "8"'s and then starts again.
