i'm to the point in the assembly of my weider pro 3750 to assembling the pullys and cables. i'm having one hell of a time understanding these instructions , theres not enough visuals to help me . i need better step by step illustrations to help me . please help me to get this issue resolved. i'm really wanting to use my home gym. is there a dvd you could send me?... thanx rick bowers
